When I try to open task manager a error message pops up saying "The service cannot be started, either because it is disabled or because it has no enabled devices associated with it" I also can't open services, regedit and most thing that needs administrator settings. Ive tried to factory reset my computer and doesn't even let me do that, also pc won't update. I don't know what to do
