Ok, first provide more info as follows bellow -
1 - You didn't said what exactly Sound device are you using (HeadSet ?, Speakers ?, Monitor Sound Output through HDMI ?, TV ?)
2 - Is your Audio Cable, plugged to your Motherboard's Audio input or do you use external Audio Offboard cards to reproduce audio?
3 - Have you tried testing with other Sound Devices? Speakers, different Headsets? If the problem persists it could be either Hardware related or driver related.
4 - Try uninstalling your audio driver completely and do a fresh clean driver install from your manufacturers website and see if it works.
5 - Have you messed around with audio settings on your computer at any point? If so, try restoring them to default values or settings.
6 - If you did all of the above and you don't use External Audio cards to reproduce sounds, try reinstalling Windows and all motherboard drivers. If the problem still persists it could be a faulty audio input on your motherboard or a faulty Sound device such as
your HeadSet or Speakers, if not in last instance, buy a External Audio Card and see if it works.
