USB ports not providing enough power.

So I just finished building my pc. I turned it on and all the fans are spinning, but when I tried to access the BIOS, the keyboard didn't activate on any of the ports. Even the front panel case ports. I know that it's a power issue, because one of my mice works while the other one doesn't. And all of the aforementioned devices work on other computers. I went ahead and double checked all the connections and fixed all the ones I could find. Now I just need some help finding if I missed anything. Also, I have not been able to install Windows as I have yet to be able to access the bios due to the USB ports not powering my keyboard.

Specs:
Asus B150 micro itx motherboard
EVGA 600W psu
Intel core i7
(And other important parts that aren't as relevant to the current problem)

Solution
Having some levels of fast boot enabled on some boards will cause the BIOS not to bother initializing USB devices before the OS takes over.

You may have mouse support for the purposes of navigating a UEFI BIOS.

Some keyboards take more power to run than others, especially back lit, or keyboards with USB hubs built into them. You might disable back lighting, if that's an option.

If you can boot into Windows 8 or 10, since you haven't mentioned which version you're running, you can actually reboot Windows in such a way as to go into BIOS on the next boot. If keyboard support is simply slow, or you have a fast boot option that is not initializing the keyboard, this will get you into BIOS where you can wait for the keyboard to...

It's definitely not a power issue. Are you sure the keyboard works? If it does, make sure the ethernet is connected, and it might take a minute or so for the BIOS to install the keyboard driver. New smart BIOS are slower to detect keyboards and mices. They call it progress.

When I responded, it was before your solution. And I posted obviously after you. See, I started to type, looked up the specific motherboard, read the manual, and submitted. No need to be rude about it.

If you have a PS/2 keyboard, this should work during POST for the purposes of entering and configuring your BIOS.

You may have to enable legacy USB support in your BIOS for it to allow USB keyboards to work before an OS has loaded proper USB drivers.
