Well, I was trying to install AVR into my PC.. All was well untill the end.. Where it said I need to restart to finish. When I restarted it went to a processing screen.. And then whoosh.. I got this mysterious underscore blinking screen... Searching everywhere about this problem.. NEED HELP ASAP!

Blinking cursor happens when the bios is not finding the device that it's setup to start from.
