games randomly minimize/crash/freeze

im on windows 8.1 and when i launch games on fullscreen mode the game just goes invisible and it shows me the desktop but when i run it on windowed mode / fullscreen windowed it won't crash but just constantly freeze for 2 secs and un freezes.

Have you tried uninatalling and inatalling the game? How about updating your graphics drivers? If all else fails, try to reinstall windows. Lest you know it could be a hardware faliure.

ill try reinstalling windows, all my parts are new
