What do you call this kind of power port?

I bought a new PSU but it doesn't have this type of port, so I can no longer use my DVD drive. The attached cable on the right side is a SATA data cable, and the empty power port looks like it's smaller than the SATA port.

I've never seen this before, so I don't know what to search for. If it helps, my computer is a 2016 Dell XPS 8910 Special Edition.

If you search for a "HDD_ODD_POWER cable" or "Dell ODD cable" you will find a cable that goes directly from many Dell motherboards to that 5v power plug.

Strangely enough the service manual shows the plug sprouting directly from the OE power supply so if you've changed that out you'll need a slimline SATA to ODD converter/adapter to get power from a molex.
