unable to boot using Display port but boots using HDMI
I have a Asus ROG Strix GTX 1080 Ti hooked to my dual monitor setup
but its not getting booted when I hook my monitors via Display Port and on the other
hand connect using HDMI they work perfectly, but I want to run using display port as my monitors run at 120hz refresh rate wile connected to display port and hdmi runs only at 60hz refresh rate
Even Tried every thing on the bios to
Help!!!

Make sure that in the monitors input menu that the display port is selected, I just went through this same problem and wound up kicking myself for not checking the monitor's settings.

ok need a little more clarification. Do you mean the monitor shows no signal or are you unable to boot your pc using displayport? If the monitor shows no signal, try changing the monitor settings to display port and see if it works. Try with a single monitor first and then connect both the monitors. If you are unable to boot your pc using displayport, then you have a bad graphics card.

i think its resolution issue,not a hardware defect
