Merged Windows Directories

xQUgBae.png

While redirecting Windows system directories (Documents, downloads, video etc.) I've accidentally somehow merged two by placing them in the same folder, and clicked yes without thinking.
I can't reset the directories to default, and my downloads and documents folder are now one and the same, as they both show the same files. (I merged the documents into the download one, and its taken on those files)
I'm on a roll today, two things I'm stumped on! :p
Any help is appreciated.

And I know you've seen these before, but this is the proper way to redirect those libraries off the default C drive:

Win 7 & 8: http://www.tomshardware.com/faq/id-1834397/ssd-redirecting-static-files.html
Win 8.1 & 10: http://www.tomshardware.com/faq/id-2024314/windows-redirecting-folders-drives.html
