So, i just bought new ssd (hyperx fury 120gb) and cloned my old hdd to ssd using easeus todo backup. I tested it it for a few minutes and runned some benchmarks. Then I upgraded to windows 10 using microsofts upgrade assistant. I used windows 10 happily for some hours and then i started one game (league of legends). It worked well but when i was played about 5 minutes my screen went black. I still heard the music but screen remained black. I shutted down my pc and restarted it. After bios splash i saw some dollard signs for a second. Then it looked normal but after windows 10 loading screen my pc restarted. I booted it several times and took my gpu (evga gtx 570 hd) out and leted the pc cool down.

It doesn't worked after that, so i went to recovery mode and tested startup repair and other repairs. I didn't have restore point. Then i downgraded back to windows 7. In windows 7 i had same problem, dollar signs on startup and then crash. The safe mode worked and when i uninstalled my graphic card drivers i started work, but i still saw dollar sign. When i installed drivers again it crashed after loading screen. So i can use windows now without drivers but i cant use full resolution and cant play games. And always when i boot i see dollar signs.

I have done almost everything to fix it: downloaded new and old drivers (even the oldest from googles cashe), checked the thermal paste, reinstalled windows 7, searched from google and used some guides, sweeped drivers using drivers sweep and cleaned registry from errors. I have also tested other gpu (gefore 7600 gt) and it worked and i didnt see any dollar signs.

So i think that windows 10 have broke my gtx 570. Can anybody help me to fix this problem or do i need to buy new gpu?

ps.
My gpu is overheating always when im gaming about 70c (158f).
