Hi,
Sorry if this is a noob question , just trying to figure out if I can actually oc my system.

Recently purchased a ryzen 5 1600 (using stock cooler) and an evga gtx 970 ssc (used one , was a sweet deal).
The mobo is an msi b350 gaming plus (atx)
8gb corsair ddr 4 2400mhz
HDD is a 1tb 3.5" 7200rpm WD.
Running a total of 3 120mm case fans.

My questions is as follows:
I already bought a PSU (evga 450w 80+ bronze) and when I assembled it all on pcpartpicker it said I'm good to go with everything, including power consumption (320w, maybe slightly less as Two case fans are included in my case, and it's not on PCpartpicker so i Inputed 3 120mm sickleflow fans. I think the included fans are slightly weaker tbough)
Now, I do wish to oc my system...nothing crazy, the cpu, if possible to 3.7 GHz (with minimum or no voltage increase) and my 970 to maybe 1400-1450 core, and something conservative with the memory, again hoping to run at stock voltage.

Will my psu be sufficient for all of this? Can i hit those conservative numbers in your opinion? Or i better avoid oc altogether (which would suck, as i really wanted to give it a go).

Again, sorry if it's a dumb question, but i already bought the PSU, so i wonder what I can do with it.
Thanks.

This isnt a dumb question at all, you dont need to be ashamed of that when asking for help on this forum.

the evga 450w is a poor quality powersupply witha bad circuit design and low quality components.
This will suffice:

PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant

Power Supply: SeaSonic - G 550W 80+ Gold Certified Semi-Modular ATX Power Supply ($56.89 @ Newegg)
Total: $56.89

use the psu and dont oc it, or return it.

Thanks for the answer... I can't really return it, complicated issue...also I really stretched my budget so I can't afford at the moment a better one. If I'll use it for now until I'll upgrade to a better one , without oc, should it be OK?

Even a minor GPU only oc is out of the question ?
Thanks.
