help me my gpu not display

my monitor turning to black screen during i played my pc lastday,i tought
it was monitor problem but when i changed a new monitor it still no signal,and i decided to change grapich card and it worked,i want to know my grapich card no display so why i heard sound of window starting
please help me

A graphics card can be dead but the rest of the system may still work. if you have a second computer i would try testing the card in that. if it fails to run then it sounds like you had a critical power delivery issue and your card may well be fried. take it to a computer shop and see if they can get it working at that stage. if they can great if they cant check with the manufacturer if you are under warranty and get a replacement.

i tested it on my friend pc,it still the same result
and heard the sound of window starting too
i tried to change my adapter to HDMI but it not working,maybe i should take it to the computer shop,thank for your answer
