can it be a problam in windows ? My windows isnt activated

activation has nothing to do with these. Did u install all motherboard drivers especially the chipset driver? Mybe the resolution windows is setting is way high than your monitor can handle so no visual display. Try updating the bios. Remove the graphics card from your motherboard and try running using the motherboard display port.

I didnt install any drivers for the motherboard. I got my pc fully installed i didnt touch anything in there the store build that for me as i said my pc worked yesterday fine but than i saw the new driver so i downloaded it from chrome

In your original post you said you reinstalled windows 10... so did you or didnt you...? if you did a fresh install of windows, reinstall all the motherboard drivers and try the old nvidia driver...
And no need to worry, the issue will be fixed, and as it is a new build, you can send it back anytime... :)
