Which processor is better q6600 or q9400?

Well i am getting the q6600 and the q9400 at the same price on ebay which 1 should i go to as q6600 have 2mb more l2 cache and q9400 takes less power so which processor is better in overall?

The q9400 wins on all benchmarks and is a slightly newer ancient processor of the Core 2 era.
Also Amazon claims to have them for $33

Q9400, it is newer, slightly faster and uses less energy (L2 cache does not help Q6600 much here, Q9400 is simply faster regardless).
