So i have 2x4 GB and i would like an upgrade my mobo has 4 slots and its dual-channel
Should i go for 2x8 or for another one 2x4,and fill all the slots?

Mixing RAM is not a good idea. Even RAM that is the same model. This is why RAM is sold in kits as they are tested with each other.

You should go for 2x8gb sticks and sell your 2x4 sticks. To run dual channel, all you need is 2 sticks.

2x8GB is safer option regarding ram compatibility.
Additional 2x4GB is cheaper option, but may require manual tinkering with BIOS.

So - if you're not confident with ram parameter alterations in BIOS, then go for 2x8GB.
