Can I play assassin's creed syndicate in core 2 quad q9550 with gtx 660 and 8gb of ram plz must reply me plz

play,yes.but solid 60fps nope.u will probably be able to play it best at 720p with 30-40ish fps on low to mid settings with a few advance option turn off.

Sure you can, but not on MAX settings I'm afraid, maybe on Low - Medium settings at best, AC now is a really detailed open world game, an advice would get a better CPU to prevent long loading sections and poor rendering ingame.
