Hi, i recently bought a new MSi notebook for gaming, it was $1100, its a GP62MVR 6RF Leopard Pro, with these components:
Intel Core I7 6700hq
Nvidia Gtx 1060
ram 8gb ddr4
1tb solid disk
windows 10 home
no ssd
So yesterday i downloaded csgo since its the game i most play... when i opened it, i put all the video settings in low/ultra low (because i like to play it that way) and i got in a lobby with bots to set mi config and that stuff but i noticed that my fps were 100 or less, i tried a lot of things but none of them worked

if any of you could help me i'd be really thankfull (i know, my english isnt good)

Solution
You should go and create a cfg file (steam\steamapps\common\Counter-Strike Global Offensive\csgo\cfg) and take a copy of autoexec.cfg and put it somewhere safe, then edit the cfg file with Notepad++(https://notepad-plus-plus.org/download/v7.4.2.html) and paste this code from this website here: http://gamebanana.com/scripts/raw/7633
that is created to boost fps with taking any unnessesary things from csgo away(this is vac free)(only bad thing about this is fps_max 125 so it limits the fps to 125, you can remove it like this: remove the numbers (125) and replace those numbers with 0 (fps_max 0) then there is no fps limit, and how to install it, i advice you to check bananagaming's video about this...

Also go to steam open Library > Games > Counter-Strike: Global Offensive > Right Click > Properties > Set Launch options... > and paste theese there: -processheap -novid -nojoy -noforcemparms -noforcemaccel -high -threads 4 -nod3d9ex -noaafonts +mat_queue_mode 2 +mat_vignette_enable 0

here's also a good video about how to get more fps:https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=x3R-oiRHm84
