What tier should the ANTEC VP500PC be in?

I have found that tier lists are based too much an broad assumptions and therefore unreliable. The VP is a "builder series" which mean its designed to fill a certain market niche ... mass market builders who want the lowest price possible. Suitable for an office apps box or to keep Mom's recipes and grandma's pics of the grandkids, but I would bot use in a workstation of gaming box.

It's made on CWTs GPA platform which includes the Antec Basiq BP300PX/BP400PX, Antec VP300PC-VP500PC. Chieftec GPA, Chieftec GPS-350A8 to GPS-500A8, Cooler Master ACPB-M3 and Enermax NX
