Can Carsair RAM CMD16GX3M2A2400C10 run Windows Server 2016 Standard?

if the ram is compatible with the mainboard the operating system will not complain, server 2016 is just like windows 10

i wouldn't use windows server on my house if i could, is expensive and does the same as a normal pc sharing resources with other machines like printers or folders in a network, the server itself doesn't make it better for any of those tasks

I understand about being a file server, however, how about being a web server? Do I need server OS to perform web server tasks? I need it to be my test web server.
