I have an i3 6100 + R7 370 combo, it can play a handful of games after some settings tweaks. You could just do G4560 + 1060, the difference between the i3 6100 and G4560 isn't that big. But it depends on what game you plan on playing.

Ryzen 3 is coming. Really really soon. Like next week. Or you can spend a tiny bit more and get a Ryzen 5 1500. i3's are all so obsolete now. Unless you're looking to overclock a K-sku i5 or i7 or better, there's no reason to choose Intel over AMD right now.
Don't get an i3, it is pointless. Go for the g4560 which performs similar for much less. You won't be able to play the majority of modern AAA games at 60+ FPS with those CPUs, no matter the resolution.
For a ~45 FPS goal at 720p for modern AAA games, there is no reason to go past the RX 570 unless you intend to upgrade.

Hey, well honestly i3 6100 is very capable cpu but i would personally go for Ryzen 5 1400 if your budget allows it, and Gtx 1060 it would last you for few years at high setting 60fps, but rx470 is not meant to be played at high if you want 60fps
Last but not least if your budget doesnt allow you to get a Ryzen5 then wait for Ryzen3 1300 its coming out on 28th july and i promise you ryzen 3 and gtx 1060 would be best budget combo.
