Computer only fully turns on when I touch it, but only for a short bit

So I went on vacation for two weeks and came back and my computer turned on but after I logged in, the screen shortly went black. Was showing a "no signal detected" on my monitor, which has happened to me often in the past which can mean a million things. So I opened the computer tower and noticed the power supply and the cooling fans along the tower walls were on, but the two fans on the graphics card were going on and off. Then...I just simply touched the graphics card, just poked it, and the whole thing powered back up. Stayed on for a bit again, logged in, then went black again. Today is the next day and when I turn it on, nothing comes on but the power supply, but again when I touch it, it powers on briefly. This seemed really odd to me. Is my power supply bad and my static or something from my body is giving it just a little boost it needs? I grounded myself and tried as well, still happened. And also, when I touch it, I wasn't applying enough pressure to perhaps reconnect a loose connection. Opinions?

I tested the power supply separately to make sure it was giving proper readings, and it was. With that I ended up resetting the connection with the gpu and motherboard and seems to be working again, thank you.
