Graphics Card not working properly

Hi, i have a GTX 1060 6 gb (gigabyte), and i can't play league of legends or others games with good fps, maybe is my processor too bad to handle my card ?

I have this rig :

MSI A88XM-E35 V2 (MS-7721)
AMD A10-7860K
8Gb ddr3 Ram
GTX 1060 6GB

What are the solutions ?

Your CPU will limit a 6GB 1060 is some situations, but you should see respectable FPS with it in LoL, which isn't too demanding at all.
First off, what are you quantifying as "good" FPS that you're not getting?

What are the balance of your spec? PSU, OS, Storage.

Have you removed prior GPU drivers and installed the latest release nVidia drivers?
