It's refurbished by the manufacturer meaning you'll still have a warranty. It has an IPS panel which isn't normal for a monitor that only costs $84. The IPS panel will certainly help with your rendering. Its 60Hz refresh will be nice to your 1050Ti. A 144Hz monitor is a bad idea with budget GFX card solutions. Not really seeing a downside with...
