Looks like Ultra can be done at 50-60FPS, but with 100% CPU usage and ~100% GPU usage, you'd likely experience some stuttering at times. I'd expect drops into the 30's too.
Realistically though, given BF1 is pretty CPU intensive, you'll see near 100% usage on the CPU, regardless of the settings.

You'll get a playable experience regardless - you'll just have to go through some trial & error to establish what works for you.
~60FPS with drops into the 30's would be more than playable to most people, and you could probably limit those drops somewhat with some changes to settings.

IIRC, the developers were quoted as saying minimum requirements were going to be comparable to Battlefront from 2015.
Minimum was an i3-6100T and recommended was an i5-6600 (or equivelants)
A G4560 is a little newer, clocked 300MHz faster, and not a low TDP part like the 6100T was.
I would bet it'll run it pretty well. Not likely to run at High-Ultra, but the Medium space should be achievable.
