You have to open it up to clean out dust and debris. If it is under warranty, however, you may not want to open it. Should that be the case, contact the manufacturer. If it isn't under warranty any longer then just be careful when opening it up (if you feel comfortable doing so) and be careful blowing out all dust and debris. Or you can take it to a local tech to clean it out.
