Haven't heard anything for a while..... but they were going to be limited to 1700X and 1800X.

I assume they'd have to be requested by vendors, as there was no mention of selling them only with the cooler, it was going to be option #1 (no cooler) for $X and option #2 (with Wraith Max) for $Y.

That was pushing 4 months ago now though.

Ultimately, the proposed price increase for the CPUs with boxed coolers was something like $50..... Given that pretty substantial price jump, either they're not ready yet, vendors don't think they'll sell, or AMD have quietly forgotten about the launch and hope everyone else will too.
