Is a AMD Radeon RX 460 compatible with a Dell Inspirion 660?

I've heard many different things online and in real life, but I wanted to know from a proper forum if this is possible as a Youtuber called Austin Evans, basically did the same thing. So, I was wondering if it was possible or would it just be a waste of time?

There is a known issue with Dell BIOS and newer AMD GPUs. basically R9-380 (285) and up.
There is no list of affected Dells that I know of. So I go to userbench.com and check for each Dell. Usually there are no newer AMD GPUs out of hundreds of tests. If I see them running there then that system doesn't have the issue. You're one of the lucky ones.
