"Daisy chain" is just linking several things together in one circuit. It's a way to use less PSU connections, in case you need more later. Some fans come with a male molex, a motherboard and a female molex connection. In this case, you could conned the fans together and then to the PSU, using only 1 PSU connection for multiple fans/devices.
Basically: Connect fan 1 to the PSU, then fan 2 to fan 1.
