I had my HDD changed as my old one gave out. I did a clean install of Windows 7 Pro (32bit) and ran Driver Booster 4 to update and install all the missing drivers.
Unfortunately, I ran into quite the tough spot as where Device manager did not detect any errors in drivers but when my mouse or USB sticks are plugged into the USB3.0 ports they will only have power but the system wouldn't detect the devices.
