my spec will be
CPU: Intel Core I5 7600
MOBO: Gigabyte B250M Gaming 5
RAM: GSKill Ripjaw V 2x8GB 2800mhz
GPU: Gigabyte GTX1070 AORUS 8GB DDR5
PSU: Xigmatek Shogun 600W 80+ Bronze PSU

*can gaming and twitch streaming at the same time with this settup? because my budget is limited so i only can get this settup with 1070 graphic card.

Solution
If streaming you'd want to switch that to the Ryzen 5 1600 and a B350 mobo. The quad-core i5 does not stream well and will present a bottleneck.
Yes. I'd definitely recommend going with this instead.

Now it doesn't have to be exactly that. This is just to give you a good idea of what to get. The Ryzen 5 1600 is definitely the better choice over the Core i5 in this case.
