Need Help Identifying RAM Stick with Missing Heat Spreader

I was given a stick of DDR3 RAM a while ago, and its heat spreader has been ripped off, which usually has the model and/or series name on it. As a result, the only things I know about this stick of RAM are that it's DDR3 and it was manufactured by Corsair.

I don't have a DDR3 Motherboard right now, so I cannot plug it in and identify it through an OS.

The stick of RAM has the following codes on it. I have tried putting these into Google on their own and with "Corsair" before them:
KO-60244
698YC140
NAGO421150
256M8DDJG (This one does garner results, but does not indicate specifically what kind of RAM stick it is)

Has anyone else been in a similar situation? What are some places you can go to search up more obscure numbers on a RAM chip?

Solution
Well this 256M8DDJG is the chips on the sticks, when I Google it, it comes up with only 2 types of ram, one is g. Skill and the other is corsair vengeance ddr3 1600mhz

The way I would do it is too get my hands on a ddr3 motherboard and download thaipoon burner free, that would tell you everything about it, but without a board, I think you've probably already tried everything else, failing that, try contacting corsair themselves with the details and see if they can answer what they are.

I can borrow a DDR3 mobo, I just won't be able to do that for a while, so I'll have to wait, so I was hoping someone would have a solution I could attempt prior to that.

That makes sense. I got an Amazon and Newegg link with Corsair RAM modules of 1600mhz, but I couldn't find out what the size of the stick was unless I plugged it into a DDR3 mobo, which I was able to do today. It's a 4GB Corsair stick 1600mhz.
