userbenchmark shows below expectation within normal average bench, is this ok?

Probably nothing to worry about (the rest of your system is way above average), the GTX 1080 at 39 percentile may be a reflection on most users overclocking their cards and you're not.

run actual benchmarks and compare your scores to those also running stock

3dmark or valley and superposition are good

you cant expect to get scores equivalent to a big boy OC level at stock

Hi Max, I used 3dmark demo basic edition earlier and I gt this result:-

I'm still worried about it since it's only 21891 score and futuremark shows 21950 for their graphic score(https://www.futuremark.com/hardware/gpu)

Let me get this straight, you have a graphics score of 21,891 and you're worried because you see another 1080 score 21,950? It's only 59 points different, or 0.27% lower, not worth worrying about.
