Super hot CPU (and generally the whole PC)

So, a few days ago I turned my laptop off for updates. Usually I keep it on because I use it 24/7, school, work, netflix, games, etc. I got it Christmas 2015 and it's been such an amazing laptop. However, when I turned my laptop back on after the update it began running extremely hot all the time and the fan is just blasting (but the air coming out is NOT that hot)

The bottom of my laptop is just fucking hot enough to fry an egg (exaggeration, but you get my point)

It hasn't gotten to the point of shutting down or freezing. The fan just runs very loud and the bottom feels extremely hot.

When I turn on Speedfan, (right now while it is at it's hottest i've ever felt it be) the temperatures are as follows:
Temp1 (I assume CPU) 89*C (fluxuates in the 80s, sometimes up to 92)
GPU: Most the same as Temp1

HDD Runs at 41*C

CPU Fan is only running at 386 RPM (never fluxuates)

I don't remember the model of my laptop but I'll provide some of the specs and maybe you can figure it out:
HP Pavilion Notebook/Laptop
Windows 10 Home Version 10.0.14393 Build 14393
CPU: AMD A10-8700P Radeon R6 (Integrated Graphics, I believe)
SMBIOS Version: 2.8
BIOS Mode: UEFI
8 GB Ram

CPU Stays less than 20% (same with browser open, chrome doesnt add that much onto my usage)
Memory hangs around 56%
Disk is currently at 6%, but when I first start my PC up it hangs around 100% for a long time, maybe 3 hours or so.
Network is 0.

As you can see, there are a lot of drivers. Do I need to check all of them, or just the most recently updated ones?
