Motherboard led's wont turn off

Hello i built my new pc with
i5 7500
Msi b250 krait gaming
Gigabyte 1050 ti 4gb
When i shutoff my pc motherboard led's keeps lighting

Did you consider a format of your machine? If the format fixes it up, then maybe there was some error in windows.
There's also another logic, sometimes the c-states of the motherboard can malfunction or the phase power design of the motherboard is faulty and it leads to such issues. If so, then there are two cases to consider:
1) a faulty motherboard ;
2)a faulty psu.

But first i would suggest you to try with a different psu and see if this fixes things.
ohhh ok... thats a problem. It seems something is preventing the system from shutting down. Go to power settings in windows and change the settings to high performance and turn off fast startup (its in "choose what the power buttons do") and then restart your pc.
Or you could also try a fresh installation of windows...
