Are my specs good enough to handle 2 Radeon RX 580s?

So i have one Radeon RX 580 and i wanted to improve my graphics a bit more. Are my specs good enough to handle 2 of them without bottle-necking?

Motherboard: Asus Prime B350-Plus
CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 1600
PSU: 650w
Memory: 16gb

No reason to go crossfire, scaling is terrible, and Ethereum is dead.
Save up and get an 11 series GPU when they come out.

Do as Chugalug_ says,
Crossfire is really not worth it with all the stuttering, bad scaling and lack of supported games.
