How do i access BIOS without UEFI?

I recently built a new PC and accidently installed a 32-bit Windows 10 version instead of a 64-bit (which is supported by my system). But i think i selected fast boot on my BIOS at first startup and therefor i can't access my BIOS because my keyboard doesn't get powered until Windows 10 is already booted up (However i do see the MSI screen pop up asking me to press F11 for boot setup and DEL for main BIOS, but very fast). So i want to reinstall Windows 10 from a USB device (which i already made with the media creation tool) but i can't boot from my USB because i can't access my BIOS. When i try to do an advanced start up from Windows it doesn't give me the UEFI firmware settings and the Boot from USB or DVD option. I seriously see no way to enter my BIOS :(((((

Solution

Power down the system
Unplug the power cables
Remove the CMOS battery
Press the power button a few times to drain remaining power out of the systems PSU
Let sit for 2-5 minutes
Plug CMOS back in
Plug power cables back in
Turn on system

BIOS should have reverted back to defaults.

Is it possible to short it with just a piece of conductive material or does a short that usually comes with motherboards have some sort of mechanism that lowers the voltage

Do you mean let it sit for a few minutes with the power on or just take it out with no power and then put it back on later?
