win 7 wont boot

I have a desktop that wont reboot . When i start it the fans turn , the motherboards light up but the computer shuts back down.

All power connector plugged in? Did the PC boot before the problem appeared?

Would try a different power supply

remove all RAM. try powering on, does it beep or other LEDs show up? Insert one RAM again and try all slots. If it doesn´t work, try it with one of your other RAM sticks.

the motherboard´s label/model/name can be found near the graphics card slot. Something with "X99" in its name

i have disconnected the drives,its doesnt POST, the LED to come on for a sec then it powers down. it has a a Intel 4930, 16 GIBs of RAM and a Cool Master Silent Pro M2 850 power supply
