Yesterday made my new computer my mobo is msi x99a sli plus, Cpu is i7 5820k and gpu is 970. I installed the gpu into the first pcie slot and my gpu fans were spinning but no display on my monitor. I then installed the gpu in the second pcie slot and it worked display showed but even though its a x16 pcie slot its running at x8 so i dont like it. So is there any way i can fix this problem?
