Sorry in advance for imperfect (?) English.
The problem:
I used the windows reset option (type 'Reset this PC' in search bar) and now my PC won't detect my GPU (MSI GeForce GTX 1060 3GT OC). Because of this, I'm unable to install the drivers for the gpu and I can't get my monitors display rate to 144 Hz. Before the reset, this all worked fine.
Does anyone know how I can make my PC detect my GPU again?
