Guys I'm fixing my friend's laptop and I'd like to boost the performance by flashing the bios. However, I cannot for my life find a Windows 10 option in the Toshiba drivers support and it only supports until 8.1. Hope you guys can help me :D

Hi

It is vary rare flashing the bios firmware improves performance
It wont be in the driver section of the support page

Look for latest bios version for exact model
Then see what version bios is on the laptop

There maybe windows installers or ones which are installed from usb memory sticks

Remember you can turn a laptop into a pile of junk if you get it wrong
Fortunately laptops have a battery to protect against power failure durring the process
