Hi all,

Here's my build:
https://pcpartpicker.com/list/dPhK9W

I have everything except the GPU, still saving :)

Anyways.

Last week I put everything together. I went slow, was intentional in everything. I flip on the power supply switch, and nothing. I did the paperclip test with the PSU and sure enough, I had a DOA PSU.

Return it, bring back a new EVGA Supernova 650, paper clip test it, and the PSU is working.

I plug the PSU into ATX and CPU power slots on MOBO, go to turn on PSU, and not even the fan moves on the supernova.
I unplug from MOBO, paperclip test again. and the PSU is still good.

Whenever I hook up PSU to mobo, the PSU doesn't budge. Do I have a bad mobo?
