Will my system handle this upgrade

Sorry in advance for the long message.
I am about to buy the MSI AMD Radeon RX 460 4GB Graphics card as I wish to run a minimum of 2/3 Samsung HD 24" screens for video and music editing. I have an HP i7-7700 16gb that currently has a AMD Radeon R5 435.
My question(s), do I simply unscrew the existing card, replace it in the same place with the RX 460, install the new drivers and that is it? And will it run 3 screens on this system specification? Also I do have a spare slot so do I install the new unit there and I leave the old unit in???
In all honesty I have no idea what i am doing but after researching cards in this price range this seems like the right one for my needs and with no additional power supply needed.

Melt down!

Solution
remove graphics drivers with ddu
shut down the system
unplug the power from the GPU if applicable
remove the mounting screws for the card
press the PCIe slot release and remove the old card.

insert the card making sure the retaining clip engages
secure the card with screws
connect the power cable for the card
connect monitor cable and boot the system
install updated drivers for new card

pretty much every GPU in the past 10 years can handle 2 monitors,
if the card has three ports it can handle three monitors
