Installing new MB,need a bit of advice

So I got this bundle a couple weeks ago, installed it all into my gaming pc worked once then the MB died, I've been sent a replacement and am going to fit it soon, problem is I don't have enough screws for all the holes on the motherboard, so should I remove standoffs that don't have screws in? Any help much appreciated :)

Nope, just leave the standoffs and make sure the screws you do have are applied to the corners first :) The standoffs will help support the motherboard when you work on it (by reducing flex).
