Looking for a good pc

If you mean a prebuilt, you're much better off building your own. Just ask for suggestions on parts, and watch some build videos. Newegg has a couple good ones that also cover OS and Driver install. Really, it's easier than operating and maintaining a PC.

You're going to get better bang for buck buying the parts and building it yourself. Also, the volume build houses often rush through and make mistakes.

There are other questions. I assume it's a 1080p display? But what brand do you prefer in GPUs? Most like Nvidia, and that budget is begging for a 1070, but mining has them at high prices and spotty availability right now.

We're also on the cusp of 8 threaded games and 8 core CPUs becoming more popular, but AMD and Intel's current 8 core prices are too high. I suggest you wait until Intel releases their budget platform 6 core next month. Hopefully by then 1070 prices will stabilize too.
