Best graphic card for 720P gaming

Hi,I made a Ryzen 1600 build with a 550W PSU,Gigabyte B350 motherboard,Corsair 8GBx1 2400 MHz DDR4 RAM and a Corsair Spec-03.I have a 1280x1024 LG Flatron monitor with a refresh rate of 75Hz and I'll mostly game on weekends or some days late at night.What GPU would you recommend me for 720P gaming? My budget is 9000 INR.

Here are the prices that I'm getting in my local shop (all prices include GST)-

1.Zotac GTX 1050 2GB Dual fan OC edition - 9100 INR
2.Asus GTX 1050 2GB OC - 9700 INR
3.Zotac GT1030 2GB - 6200 INR
4.Asus GTX 1050 Single fan - 8200 INR
5.Zotac GTX 750Ti - 8400 INR.

I don't have any plans to upgrade to a 1080P monitor any time soon.What are the best options out of these 5 GPUs? Please share your thoughts with me on this.

Well,I'm going to use my system mostly CPU intensive tasks like compiling Java and C programs and I wanted to make this system a bit future proof so I went with the R5 1600 as it's the best bang for the buck.As for the RAM,the GSkill Ripjaws here is a little costly so I went with the Corsair ones.My total system costs 35700 INR excluding the GPU.I might play a few games like Battlefield 1,COD MW,Far Cry 4 etc on random days.Is 1050 worth the purchase? If so then should I go for the single fan because it is 900 INR (around 14$) cheaper than the dual fan.
