also will the stock wraith cooler be okay if i dont oc

Solution
not that power supply- look for the cx550m or a seasonic S12ii/m12ii or a seasonic g power supply
you will not be able to overclock with that motheboard
if you want to overclock get faster memory as ryzen benefits from high ram speeds, as well as a motherboard that is overclockable
I do not see a GPU do you have one ready to use in the system? if not you will need one for it, the ryzen has no iGPU
that is the old CX series and is an inferior platform compared to the newer cx series, new cx have a grey and black label, no green.
my PSU suggestion, worth every quid.

wraith cooler will be fine even for a mild overclock no heroics though

looks good but you still need a GPU.
do you have one?
what resolution is your screen? resolution will determine more than anything the GPU you will need.
