Hello! I was sent a GTX 1050TI SC from amazon and when i got it, it looked brand new. i got passed the packaging and when i looked at the board, it was covered in watermarks and sticky stuff on the resisters. When installing it into my rig i got a fuzzy red screen as it loaded into windows and after i entered my password my pc crashed. I called amazon to be answered by an Indian lady that didn't know what i was talking about, and she said i couldn't return it because it was guaranteed a brand new product. Even though the plastic wrap on the outside of the box was just a poor shrink wrap job, im sure someone sold it to them after spilling their sunny D all over it to just make someone who received it from amazon cry. amazon wont do anything and im out 150$. what shall i do.

Solution
Amazon has a very good return policy. I try to send them a ticket from the website.

Just so you know some boards will have something called flux(or soldering paste on them). The fuzzy red sounds like a defect so either way you should be able to get it swapped or refunded.

Sounds like maybe the Sunny D hit the board after it arrived. How did you know it was Sunny D? Did you taste it? LOL. As stated above, Amazon has great return policies, contact them through the website and request an RMA, the reason you typed out doesnt even make sense as to why they wouldnt take it back.
