IMO a better CPU.
Motherboard is a 320 so no overclock, if you want to overclock you need a 350.
I'd only go with 1x8Gb stick of ram, since you only have 2 slot. 2x4Gb is a bit better but in the future when you will have to upgrade is cheaper to buy a single ram than change the entire motherboard.
A bit better SSD.

Total is 26$ more than your build. If you can't i'd rather go with a cheaper case.
