Slow Internet on One Computer but Faster On Another?

So I know there are already threads for this but none of them have answered my question, I've searched all over the internet for my answer but found none, so I'm just going to ask it myself.

I have a computer I built myself with an Archer T9E Wireless Card (one of the best ones to my knowledge) but I'm only getting about 25mbps download speed on a 200mbps service. My second computer gets the full amount of the service but my custom computer gets very little of it. Anyone know why? If you answer this for me you're amazing.

Solution
Distance/other location should be the problem and solution then.

Maybe aligning antennas of the router (or position of the router, rotate it in all angles if possible) and the wireless card could help a bit too.

Use a Homeplug adapter or repeater to get a better signal.
any other devices downloading or using the internet connection while testing?

Drivers up to date from the tp-link homepage?

Is it set to 5GHz and 2.4GHz or just 2.4GHz only?

Test your custom PC directly via LAN cable.

Is the distance different from your two PCs two the router?

Drivers are up to date
It is set for both, 5ghz and 2.4ghz
I can't connection an ethernet cable due to distance
My custom pc is across the hall from the router while my second computer is downstairs below the hall (think of a "T", top left end is router, top right end is custom pc, and the bottom end is the second pc"

I don't think distance is the issue since the second computer is about equal distance. I also don't think distance would make a 80mbps DL speed difference either.

I'll consider an adapter...

So I ran two tests.
1. Placed custom pc next to second pc, doesn't fix anything.
2. Moved pc next to router and connected via ethernet, ethernet fixes the situation.
SO: a piece in my computer is effecting the connection. Location has nothing to do with it.

use the wifi adapter from your second PC in your custom PC and test again if possible

BIOS of your motherboard is up to date?
drivers of the chipset of your motherboard too?

Try another PCIe port for the TP Link wifi

How did you check the download speed? Use speedtest.net or download large files from different servers simultaneously.

Which router do you use to connect via wifi?

BIOS + chipset drivers up to date
Tried all available PCIe ports on my motherboard
I use speedtest.net
I don't understand the lat question... the only router in my house? Lol. The one your service gives you.

I just purchased the TP-Link AV2000 powerline adapter and now my dl speeds went from 5-20gbps to 90-100gbps!
Thanks for the homeplug adapter idea, never knew that was a thing until you mentioned it.
As for my issue, I believe I just have a defective wireless card.
