PC freezing/shut down

My pc keeps freezing when I do ANYTHING and then turns off, it will not stay on for long at all, I recently got a new motherboard/ram/power supply/ processor. My pc was working fine without these upgrades.

I get the blue screen where it searches for the problem but it shuts off before it finds it.

My specs are-
Motherboard- gigabyte ga-b250m- ds3h
CPU-i5-6500
Ram-16g

Recommend try:
1) remove the RAM, also the GPU if you have one, use only one stick RAM, and onboard iGPU to boot the PC.
2) Other question, which OS did you use? and do you try reinstall the OS when you upgraded to the newe PC?
