After a few hours of using the PC and doing initial benchmark testing on the balanced power plan I switched to the high-performance mode. I started up valley benchmark and it ran fine for a minute unitl halfway during the benchmark while the GPU fans were spinning like crazy the GPU completely crashed. I restarted my PC and tried benchmarking agian with the same result. The next time I turned on the PC it got stuck before fully booting and the whole PC crashed. Point is, now the PC simply won't turn on and I have no idea what happened. Thanks for the help folks.
